What size should I get?

Please refer to the size chart on each product's page. For example, not all leggings adhere to the same size chart as one another, so it's important that you check the size chart for each item you order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. If you believe the item was incorrectly manufactured, we will require photos with measurements of the item to inspect to see if they are within the size chart guidelines.

MOST of our items are true-to-size; if you're usually a Medium in most brands, you're probably a Medium here too. 

If you ask us for sizing recommendations, we will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee an item will fit you without your measurements being provided. 

Since these are mostly Activewear garments, their fabric has a lot of stretch and the size charts show the measurements of the garment laid flat - not stretched, and not body measurements. If you're between sizes, it's usually best to size UP to avoid overstretching.

What if my order was returned to sender?

This happens if USPS was unable to locate your address or if there were any mistakes in your address like a missing unit number or an incorrect street name. We get a notification when something is returned and will promptly reach out to you to verify your details. 

If an order is returned due to missing or incorrect details provided to us when placing your order, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, even if the item had free shipping when the order was placed (i.e. orders over $100), the reshipment price will be based on the weight of the package shipped via USPS.

It’s important to note that if the address that it was sent to was in fact correct, we will need to send your package to a new location to prevent your item from being returned again to limit any additional shipping fees or delays. 

 

Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Yes! We have no problem canceling and refunding an order if the fulfillment process has not yet started on any of your items. It’s only if the fulfillment process has started that we are not able to recoup any fees and therefore can’t provide a refund.

 

What are the average arrival times?

There are some unpredictable shipping delays from USPS right now because of COVID-19 and their staffing shortages, but you will receive a shipping notification when each item ships with an estimated arrival date.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. Most items ship via USPS.

 

I only got some of my order - where's the rest of it?

Some of our items ship from different fulfillment locations across the U.S. - printed items ship together, Basix66 items ship together, and some accessories ship together separately. You will receive an email when each item/package ships with tracking information.

 

I placed an order, when will I get my tracking number?

Once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created you will receive an email with tracking info. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 72 hours for that item to actually be put in the mail for you to start checking on where it’s located as it makes its way to you.

 

Where's my order? It says it was delivered!

We are not responsible for lost mail and or incorrect delivery. If you are having this issue please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. Also, verify with your order confirmation email from us that you shipped it to the correct address. Unfortunately, we won't be able to help you. We do not issue refunds for lost mail.
