There are some unpredictable shipping delays from USPS right now because of COVID-19 but below I have an estimate to better help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification.
Yes, we pretty much ship everywhere that USPS does!
Once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created you will receive an email with tracking info. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for that item to actually be put in the mail for you to start checking on where it’s located as it makes its way to you.
Yes. If your order includes different products they will arrive separately. Our made-to-order custom cut and sew pieces and apparel are sometimes made at different facilities and require different packaging making them arrive at different times.
Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. Since each country’s customs policy is different, we can’t always cover these fees at checkout. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.
There are no refunds or returns for items unless they damaged or get lost in the mail. Since everything is made special for you after you order, we don’t store inventory in order to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide on the product’s page before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, I'd be happy to send you a replacement to the correct address.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. That way I can either issue you a full refund or try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it from getting lost again.
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me for a replacement at no charge! We have a 14-day replacement policy, but if you don’t get ahold of us by then we can no longer offer a replacement for free. To make this process go faster, please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product, your order information, and email me at email@example.com so I can make it right.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual Item you will receive. We do our very best to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match.
If the design is printed on a white or light-colored Item the design should match what you see online very closely, but dark colored items and especially light colors on dark items colors are more subject to variations. They may vary slightly from the photo and there are also dye lot and changes in the material, and we cannot be responsible for these differences.
Lastly, when product sets are ordered at different times (i.e. a sports bra and matching designed shorts) we cannot guarantee the colors will match exactly between the items due to dye lot changes and printer calibration.
