30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your alternative fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox
• All accessories and components must be included
• Products must be free of damage caused by misuse

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@ceasetoexistshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ceasetoexistshop.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items worn or washed beyond initial inspection
• Products missing original packaging or tags
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
